
With over 12 years of teaching olympic lifting, our coaches have a ton of experience teaching the snatch and clean and jerk for either competition or just to make you faster and more explosive. Training sessions will include speed and agility work as well as upper and lower body strength training. We will integrate in medballs, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, and light barbell work.

Each athlete trains and remains in a 150 sw foot space separated from other athletes with their own equipment. Based on the CrossFit prescription of "constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity, " our CrossFit program combines strength training with the "classic" CrossFit cardio workout.

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 14 business days before hold period begins. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
