Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Training

Step 1 - Sign up for a training (we offer 3 types of training: online, over Zoom, and in-studio). Step 3 - Complete your certification (take a master class & pass an online multiple choice exam). Step 4 - Prepare to launch a class (receive 1-on-1 mentorship to launch our pre-choreographed format with success).
