Youth Fitness Training
Our youth fitness programs combine age-appropriate exercises with games and activities to make physical development enjoyable. We cater to children aged 5-18 with varying fitness levels, incorporating sports training, strength conditioning, and cardiovascular workouts. Certified trainers design safe, progressive programs that build coordination, endurance, and confidence while emphasizing proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
Special Needs Programs
Tailored fitness solutions for children with autism, ADHD, and physical challenges focus on sensory integration and motor skill development. Our NASM-certified special education instructor creates individualized programs addressing proprioceptive input needs, heavy work requirements, and social skills through structured physical activities that promote independence and prepare children for community participation.
Summer Camps
Multi-week summer programs blend sports, fitness, and enrichment activities in a structured outdoor environment. Kids aged 4-12 participate in parkour, obstacle courses, team sports, and academic integration while developing physical abilities and social confidence. Camps emphasize active play over screen time with daily schedules balancing physical exertion, mental stimulation, and creative expression.
Yoga Classes
Age-specific yoga programs teach breathing techniques, mindfulness, and posture fundamentals in a playful setting. Classes for children aged 6-15 combine traditional yoga flows with games and challenges that improve flexibility, balance, and focus. Parent-child sessions introduce toddlers to movement patterns while school-age participants learn stress management techniques through imaginative postures and sequences.
Birthday Parties
Active celebration packages transform traditional parties into physically engaging experiences with obstacle courses, sports games, and themed challenges. Customizable options for ages 3-18 include flag football, yoga stations, and music-based activities that combine entertainment with physical development. Our trained staff manages setup, activity coordination, and cleanup for stress-free celebrations.

My 2 kids (boy- 12yld and girl- 11yld) just finished a week of the fit camp. They loved it! My son is very picky about camps and would rather game all day so the drive to day #1 was tough. But at pickup both kids had smiles and was very happy! They loved yoga and spoke highly of the coaches!!

The energy and creativity of this program is AWESOME! My teens willingly put video gaming/social media aside for these engaging and fun sessions. The instructor (Adam) is enthusiastic, patient, and an excellent role model. We highly recommend Fit First!

My teenage sons did virtual training with Fit First. Both sons enjoyed it; my oldest son says "it was fun and the leader, Adam, has a nice personality. Exercises were tough, but good!" Wonderful experience and highly recommend!
