This simulates what you would encounter on the street or in the cage. Our method doesn't teach you not to rely on a bulky uniform to grab onto, it prepares you for potential real life situations.

I started 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu with Scott Epstein in January of 2014 as a 265 pound collegiate rugby player. Bryant Benson has trained Jiu-jitsu as well as other combat sport disciplines in various gyms across the country as a passionate hobbyist for over ten years. Our instructors are some of the best around, with the background and knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals.
