
Tim Caputo is the Owner and Head Coach at One Life Fitness and Nutrition. Tim has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked with dozens of NFL athletes during this time. Tim's mission is to help people improve their overall quality of life and health through strategic exercise and nutrition coaching.
Tim is certified as a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, Kettlebell and Olympic Weightlifting trainer. In addition, He is a National Health Educator Level 3 Master Trainer. Tim earned his Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from Long Island University in 2011. Following graduation, Tim decided to open his own health and wellness facility.

There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. For most people, the key to building to a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. Our nutrition programs can help you overhaul your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone.
