The Lagree Method is a high intensity, low impact full body workout done on the patented Megaformer machine, making it easier on your joints than other high intensity workouts. In this 45-minute workout you will get an effective combination of strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, and flexibility in every movement.

The method stresses constant time under tension, maximizing time in the moves, with fast transitions. By doing each movement slowly, the tension on the muscles stays constant, recruiting more muscle fibers. Working the muscles with control keeps the joints safe and stimulates the intrinsic muscle fibers and connective tissues.

While Lagree focuses on some of these principles as well, the method is based on 5 core elements; form, range of motion, resistance, duration, and tempo.
