Personal Training
Our personal training uses individualized functional analysis to identify movement imbalances and create customized programs. By addressing poor movement patterns, we improve stability, strength, and joint health. Clients benefit from our trainers' decades of experience, including patented methodologies and certifications in advanced corrective techniques.
Physical Therapy
Integrated physical therapy addresses musculoskeletal issues through manual therapy, corrective exercises, and neuromuscular re-education. Our therapists combine traditional techniques with innovative tools like REACT Innovations for pain management. Treatment plans focus on restoring mobility, reducing inflammation, and preventing future injuries through comprehensive biomechanical assessments.
Corrective Exercise
Specialized corrective exercises restore optimal movement patterns by addressing muscle imbalances and joint restrictions. This evidence-based approach combines dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and functional strength training. Clients experience improved posture, reduced chronic pain, and enhanced athletic performance through our structured progression of exercises.
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
Using non-invasive Pelvic Wave technology, we treat pelvic floor dysfunction through targeted electromagnetic stimulation. This FDA-cleared treatment strengthens pelvic muscles without skin contact, addressing urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain. Sessions integrate functional movement patterns to reinforce core stability and improve overall pelvic health.
Functional Analysis
Comprehensive functional analysis evaluates gait, posture, and movement patterns to identify biomechanical inefficiencies. Our specialists use specialized charting systems to document imbalances and track progress. This diagnostic approach forms the foundation for all treatment plans, ensuring interventions target root causes of pain and dysfunction.

Questions
What makes Functional Fitness different from traditional gyms?
We focus on correcting movement patterns through personalized analysis rather than generic workouts. Our integrated approach combines physical therapy, corrective exercise, and biomechanical assessment to address root causes of pain and dysfunction.
What is Fitness Longevity?
Fitness Longevity is Sam Iannetta's patented system that evaluates how fitness impacts lifelong functionality. It emphasizes proper movement patterns, joint alignment, and sustainable strength development to maintain physical capability through all life stages.
How does the functional analysis process work?
Our trainers observe your movement patterns, document biomechanical imbalances, and create customized exercise programs. This process identifies muscle discrepancies and joint misalignments that contribute to chronic pain or movement inefficiencies.
Do you offer physical therapy services?
Yes, we provide physical therapy alongside personal training. Our therapists use manual techniques, neuromuscular therapy, and advanced technologies like REACT devices to treat injuries and chronic conditions through evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
Are specialized treatments like Pelvic Wave available?
Yes, our Pelvic Wave therapy offers non-invasive pelvic floor rehabilitation. This technology uses electromagnetic stimulation to treat pelvic dysfunction without skin contact, effectively addressing incontinence, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain.
Do you work with competitive athletes?

I have worked with Colleen Glenn-Wilson for a couple of years now at Functional Fitness and she is an amazing trainer. She's very knowledgeable, a great listener, and knows when to go easy on me and when to push me to give it my all. Colleen is very dedicated to her work, which seems be both a science and an art for her. Highly recommended!

I've worked with trainer Lisa Citeralla. She is so amazing. Her knowledge of body mechanics is so impressive. I worked with her to make sure I had
proper form for the class Body Pump. Body Pump moves quickly from one exercise to another, and I wanted help with my form and the fast transitions. Lisa corrected my form and also gave me options to alter the exercises to accommodate me and how my muscles function. Additionally, Lisa has a massage therapy license. Again, because she understands body mechanics so well, she can massage your body with very specific end goals in mind. Definitely give Lisa

Sam runs an amazing gym. If you are new to resistance training, recovering from an injury, or just looking for a small private gym to get your workout in, this is the place for you. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and experienced. They have in house massage and physical therapists. If you are tired of big box gyms and are ready to upgrade your workout this is the place for you. It is always spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and if you need personal training or physical therapy they have you covered.

I have experienced Lisa's work and her detailed eye. She had me walk on the treadmill and across the room and video taped my gait and saw several things that I was unaware of that were producing imbalances in my spine and joint structure. As a chiropractor of 33 years I was highly impressed with her knowledge and skill in analysis and treatment of the human frame.

I just had my first personal training session ever, and it was with Alex at Functional Fitness. She made the experience fun, but also gave me a good challenge! She explained and demonstrated all the exercises and motivated me to complete each set. Alex was motivating and let me help structure how I wanted to spend my hour. I would highly suggested using FF for your individual training needs!

I have had two sessions with Sam and really enjoyed his insights and capacity to think outside the box. His is not a one-size fits all and has a very individualized approach to training. Sam is very observant and intuitive. I look forward to continuing my work with him.
