Progressive Insurance Company customer many years. Chastain's office has been a good middleman facilitating my auto insurance policy. It's been many years since I've had to speak with Chastain's representatives in person or on the phone. All my interactions with them is through e-mail and links to renew my auto insurance every 6 months. It's all been very efficient, non-intrusive and convenient for my needs. The one, no fault of mine accident I've had under Chastain's watch was handled hassle free and quickly resolved. Been decent so far. No, I'm not a bot = Rubber baby buggy bumpers = there, satisfied
