Funeral arrangements are difficult at the best of times. We met with Laura at Wilhelm's expecting to get the up-sale on costs. To our pleasant surprise Laura was not on an up-sale assignment and was quite professional and accommodating. We found the experience with Wilhelm's to be very upfront and professional and were quite satisfied with the service
