Owner Mel Townsend began framing in Washington DC in 1995 where she managed a custom frame shop and gallery for seven years. Returning to her roots in 2002, she moved back to Portland, OR where she began working for Art Media. For ten years she worked for Art Media and she started and managed the framing department.
