I've always loved that saying, as it demonstrates how much of an influence attitude can have on our life experiences. But the truth is that sometimes it can be difficult to be so optimistic. Life isn't fair, and it isn't always easy. We all suffer at different points along the way, and we all experience struggles throughout the course of our lives.
