All returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 25% Restocking Charge. Returned merchandise requires advance approval with a written Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and merchandise being returned in original cartons and in good, re-sellable condition within thirty days of original invoice date for credit to be valid.
