A weekly Healing Qigong class is taking place at the fountain at Manor Park in Larchmont, NY on Saturdays at 5pm. It focuses on healing and the 9 Phases form which has the power to remind us of of our connection to Mother Earth and the Heavens and all the Sacred Elements and Directions as well as how we can engage with the process of life and healing
