Long Beach native Joe Brand started his deli experience as a teenager working for Tamburino's Deli in Cedarhurst, NY. Joe took those deli roots and in 1990 he and his partner Mike opened Zamboni's Deli and Catering in Long Beach, NY. After selling Zamboni's Joe worked for the City of Long Beach as the Parks Commissioner for almost 10 years.
