Hadn't set up an appointment the day before as is standard for most shops- just had called that same day I found the car and was at the dealership in a tight spot not wanting to lose the deal. Tim somehow fit me in and they spent 20+ minutes inspecting all over the car. All the while Tim made great small talk and was incredibly friendly.
