Athletic Massage
Designed for active individuals, this specialized treatment combines deep tissue work with sports-specific techniques to enhance performance and recovery. Our athletic massage targets muscle tension patterns from physical activity while improving flexibility and circulation. Clients receive customized sessions addressing their specific sport-related needs, whether preparing for competition or recovering from training.
Therapeutic Deep Tissue
This focused treatment addresses chronic muscle tension through precise deep pressure techniques. Using slow, deliberate strokes, we target deeper muscle layers and connective tissue to relieve persistent pain and improve mobility. The session includes personalized adjustments to pressure intensity while maintaining client comfort throughout the therapeutic process.
Swedish Massage
Our classic Swedish massage combines long, flowing strokes with targeted kneading to promote complete physical relaxation. This full-body treatment improves circulation while reducing stress through rhythmic movements tailored to individual sensitivity levels. Ideal for first-time clients seeking general wellness benefits and muscle tension relief.
Thai Massage
This traditional practice combines acupressure, assisted yoga postures, and energy line work to restore balance and vitality. Clients remain fully clothed while receiving this unique treatment that enhances flexibility and releases energy blockages through strategic stretching and targeted pressure points.
Myofascial Massage
Specialized treatment focusing on connective tissue manipulation to alleviate pain from fascial restrictions. Using sustained pressure and slow movements, we address adhesions that cause chronic discomfort and limited mobility. This technique proves particularly effective for postural imbalances and repetitive strain injuries through its comprehensive approach to tissue realignment.

I have gone to Greg a few times over the past couple of years (I'm a student so can't go that often) and every time I do I feel SO much better and more relaxed. He tailors his massages to whatever I'm feeling that day and can easily increase or decrease the pressure. Hands down the best massage therapist in Boston! Highly recommend.

Greg is hands down the best! Ive had a lot of massages over the years in cities across the US and abroad because I travel for work. I can honestly say Greg is the best because of his technique, patience and understanding of whats right for your body. If you need massage done for any reason, injuries, muscle pains or just relaxation Greg is the guy to see. He creates a comfortable, relaxing and safe environment for all his clients.

Ive been having regular massage sessions from Greg Pratt for several years now and cant recommend him highly enoughfive stars wont do justice to him or the experience. Hes both incredibly professional and refreshingly and wildly funny and provides an amazing and revivifying experience, whether you want to address chronic neck and back problems, as I usually do, or just want a slightly out-of-body massage session. You will walk (or stagger) away feeling completely different and beyond better.
Oh, and did anyone mention the chocolate?

Greg is a master of massage. He asks questions, he creates a welcoming atmosphere, and he is able to locate and release muscle tension better than any massage therapist Ive visited. Highly recommended!
