John considers himself a Tucson native after relocating from New Jersey in 1977. He found Tucson to have four surrounding tranquil mountain ranges along with the friendliest people. He also discovered that Tucson is a central southwest location that allows easy visits to neighboring State cities like San Diego and Las Vegas.

Born in Virginia, I was raised in Springfield, Missouri which is a small town of five colleges and universities. I grew up in a family of business owners. My father was a contractor/builder of custom homes where some of my fondest memories as a child are of following him and helping him build. At an early age, real estate became a passion for me.

Kathy grew up in the Redondo Beach area in California, with her parents and 4 siblings. Her father, David, was a hard-working truck driver, and her mom, Nancy, a stay-at-home mom. Growing up in a tight-knit family, Kathy's parents instilled in her a strong sense of right and wrong. Kathy started her first job when she was 16, working as a waitress in a family-owned cafe.

He feels extremely fortunate to have lived in some unbelievably beautiful and interesting homes throughout the NW and west sides of Tucson. This left Steven instilled with a great interest in real estate. He considers himself a house nerd! Married to his beautiful wife Yvonne since 1987, they have raised two boys and now have been blessed with four grandsons.
