I was dreading the process of putting my condo on the market. I live 90 minutes away and I just couldn’t imagine how a realtor could make it easy for me. Wow I was wrong. From the very first phone call, Louis was fabulous. He set expectations, guided me to determining a sales price, sent a team to my place to take photos, and quickly had my place listed (he called at one point and said it is going to take a few days longer to get it listed but we want to do it the right way and not rush things so we get the price we want.
