John Harings has been a Realtor in Tucson since 2005, and part of Excelsior Associates since 2013. As a Buyer's Specialist he helps oversee, recruit and train the other buyer's agents on our team. He has extensive experience in both buying and selling local real estate, short sales, REO properties and rental units, which includes working with first time buyers, investors and luxury home buyers.

Lisa has been a Realtor in Tucson, Arizona since 2003, and is currently an Associate Broker with United Real Estate Southern Arizona and a Division Leader within the dynamic group, Excelsior Associates. Lisa is the Director of the Builder Trade-In Program for Southern Arizona.

Her designations include Builder Trade-In Specialist (BTIS), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
