Colin James Reap, 22, Green Ridge Section of Scranton, died Saturday at home from a congenital heart defect. Born in Scranton, he was the son of Kathleen Reap and the late Kevin Reap. Colin was a graduate of Scranton Preparatory School and was a student at Lackawanna College. He aspired to become a lawyer for the sole.
