Kristy has been involved with Crabtree Dental since its inception in 1986. She provides vision and organizational direction and is responsible for all business aspects of the practice. She created most of the systems that allow us to demonstrate a high level of organizational commitment. She also manages the staff and is constantly on the move to improve the patient experience.

Daroma received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Midwestern State University in 1983 and has been a hygienist at Crabtree Dental for nearly 30 years. Her longevity with our practice has allowed her to develop and enjoy ongoing relationships with the many patients she sees on a regular basis.

Charisse has over 25 years of experience in dental administration. She coordinates treatment plans for our patients and has been responsible for the insurance and billing functions of our practice for nearly 20 years. She has attended many continuing education courses in her career, which has contributed to her expertise in dental insurance.
