Classes include Cardio Boxing, Adult Skills Training, Combat Conditioning, Morning Body Blast, Private Lessons and Team Training.

McConnell's Boxing Academy has an amateur competition team as well as training professional boxers. The team is led by head coach Molly McConnell. Molly was a four-time amateur national champion and a two-time professional world champion and has vast experience at the highest levels of both amateur and professional boxing.

MBA's mission is to provide the Portland, Oregon area with an experienced, safe and clean boxing environment where anyone from a beginner to a professional can learn to develop their skills. In 2012, Molly "Fearless" McConnell opened McConnell's Boxing Academy.
As a two-time world champion and the most decorated fighter from the state of Oregon in the past 30 years, Molly's vision was to teach athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike to develop the proper skills, techniques and body mechanics of the sweet science.

Classes & Schedule

If you would like to come try a free class, you must sign up in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. If you arrive after class has started, we may be unable to get you started that day and you will have to sign up for a future class. You must schedule a CARDIO BOXING CLASS before you sign up for any of our other classes, unless you have permission to start with a different class.
