The ITM Group is a limited partnership comprised of Alvin Butler P.A. and Harry Spears P.A. Alvin Butler, M.S., LMHC and Harry Spears, Ed. S., LMHC, who have more than 60 years combined clinical experience. The ITM Group Partnership was originally comprised of Ted Shaw, Ph. The members of The ITM Group have been providing counseling in the community to juvenile and adult clients since 1985.

The ITM Group has over a dozen licensed therapists with advanced degrees. Typically, our therapists have over ten years' experience in the field. Therapists typically work with child, adolescents, and adults with various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulty, career issues, eating disorders, grief, and stress.
Assessments
Report
Psychological Evaluations are completed by a Licensed Psychologist and critically evaluates for Clinical and Personality diagnoses. Substance Abuse Assessments are included within a psychological evaluation, as substance abuse is a significant factor in treatment recommendations. This also includes a comprehensive review of background information and interviews with current therapists.
Juvenile Programs

The ITM Group Anger Management Program is designed to teach clients how to recognize excessive anger signals and outline strategies to deal with such situations in a more effective manner. The sessions are primarily psych-education in design. Group members will give feedback and discuss examples from their personal lives.
Competency Restoration
Report
The ITM Group provides an outpatient competency restoration program for adults who have been deemed incompetent to proceed under the provisions of Florida Statute. These services are for clients who have been charged with offenses and have been found incompetent to proceed due to mental illness, mental disability, or autism.
