I'm here to help. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through issues of depression, anger, anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, and life's many challenges. We will work together to create real solutions that last. I provide a warm, open and client-centered environment of trust, empathy and respect.

I help clients explore problematic personal or relationship patterns that may be preventing them from living a happy and fulfilling life or marriage. Together we will work through life transitions, improve your daily life and quality of your relationships, and reach your personal goals through counseling.

As we travel through life, we will find times when we become overwhelmed with our situations which may require a professional therapist to guide us through. Our therapist has many years of experience working with clients who are struggling with everyday life events and mental illness symptoms.

Rachel has worked extensively with children, families, and individuals for the past 14 years. She graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2005, while working full-time in the field of social work.
