Our routine is like a clock for our body and if your in sync with your natural rhythm the whole system works better. We have heard about circadian rhythm, waking with the sun rise and going to bed the same time everyday.

I've been studying Taijiquan and Qigong for over 20 years, teaching for more than 6 years and to complement my practice, studying Mandarin Chinese for several years.
