Neck and Upper Back Pain

The cervical (neck) and thoracic spine (upper back) are responsible for some of the most important of our activities of daily living. The most common conditions in this region of the spine include spinal joint (facet) arthritis, disc herniation with shooting pain into the arms, disc degeneration, and spinal stenosis.

The lumbar spine (low back) is one of the most commonly affected areas of a painful spine. All of the body's motion and forces are transmitted through this part of the spine. Some of the most common spinal conditions, among them herniated discs with sciatica, spinal stenosis and arthritis cause pain, numbness or tingling in the legs, difficulty walking or sitting, and even bowel or bladder issues.
