
We have 30 years of tradition and dedication in bringing simple food, using old family recipes of Northern Italy prepared by Mama and Papa Pagliai. Since opening Pagliai's (pronounced "polly-eyes") in 1989, we have been committed to providing our guests with an upscale dining experience that is comfortable and delicious and unlike any other pizza place in Western Kentucky.
At Pagliai's, we specialize in pizza, forged in our brick ovens and delivered to your table with the freshest ingredients and lots of 100% mozzarella cheese. We slice vegetables daily and grind and season our own sausage and beef with old family recipes. The same attention is given to our homemade meat sauce used in many of our pasta dishes.
