He spent the next 10 years working in the auto/truck industry working on everything from small cars to semi's. In 2000, Jeff had an opportunity to run a shop. While hesitant at first, he discovered that his knowledge of cars paired well with his gift to gab. For 14 years, Jeff ran shops and built a rapport with his customers.
His number one goal was to have happy customers and technicians. The best way he found to do this, was by being up front and honest. Jeff's wife, Heather, has also spent a fair amount of time in the automotive industry. She grew up around cars, and has worked in the office, as well as parts & service departments.
