Poynette Auto Body has come a long way since Luke Walz, a "young and stupid" new graduate of Madison Area Technical College, bought the business with his wife, Jenny.
After Hours

For your convenience, an after-hours key drop box is located on our customer entrance door. If you should have the unfortunate need to have your vehicle towed after hours, ask the tow truck driver to drop the keys in the key drop box. Feel free to leave a voicemail or a note in your vehicle to let us know about your situation.
Warranty

Our auto body collision repair specialists and paint specialist are a professional and capable team, but if you are not satisfied with the outcome, please come see us and we will work with you to make it right. It would be great to say we warranty all parts, but we take each customer vehicle case-by-case for there are many variables that affect warranty promises.
Loaners

While your vehicle is in for repairs, you might find yourself in need of other transportation. If one of our loaners is available, we will work with your insurance company to confirm rental coverage. It is also our policy to confirm with your insurance company that you have complete auto coverage in order to use one of our loaners.

Getting into an accident is stressful and going through your insurance company could add to that. We work with all insurance companies to make the repair process simple and seamless for our customers. Of course, you must contact your insurance company to initiate the claim, however, from there we will gladly do the rest for you.
