Performance Therapy was created 23 years ago in 1997 to fill a void in the Carolina health care community - to help individuals find permanent answers to their pain! Too many practitioners are satisfied with the model of signing their patients up for a lifetime of monthly or weekly treatments. We, on the other hand, are a results based health care facility.

As an athlete, I am always looking for an advantage. It is easy to think more is better, but at some point, you push your body past its limit. Thankfully when I was injured someone referred me to Mike Danenberg and Performance Therapy. Working with Mike I have learned to train smarter not harder, run more efficiently, and come back quicker when things do occasionally go awry.
