Our therapists go through intensive training (over 300 hours) to address many different types of conditions including back pain, neck pain, TMJ, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, hip pain, headaches and more. And when it comes to customer service we pride ourselves on an amazing front office team. Front desk receives massage regularly to ensure they can make informed recommendations when it comes to what you are looking for in your massage.

1. Clients are encouraged to wear masks in all common areas. Our staff in Austin are not required but are encouraged to wear a mask in common areas. If you are reserving an appointment, you are welcome to request a therapist who would be happy to wear a mask during your session. Currently, masks are optional for both staff and clients.

Swedish Massage uses longer, gliding strokes throughout the body. The primary purpose is to work out tight areas of muscle, but also relax the body. Typically, the session is full body and will include the entire body including feet, hands and scalp. Therapeutic Massage has a very specific purpose, which is to reduce muscle pain and chronic pain patterns.

We ask that new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their session to fill out preliminary paperwork and have a consultation with their therapist on the type of massage they'd like.
