Barefoot Massage
Utilizing gravity-assisted foot pressure, our barefoot massage delivers deep tissue work that targets myofascial restrictions and chronic pain patterns. This technique provides consistent, sustained pressure that reshapes postural alignment while regulating nervous system response. Ideal for clients seeking deeper structural change beyond traditional hand-based massage.
Structural Integration
The 12-series structural integration systematically realigns connective tissue to improve posture, movement efficiency, and body awareness. Each session builds on previous work to create lasting neuromuscular changes. This method addresses chronic pain through fascial mobilization and integrates pain science education for comprehensive recovery.
Pain Recovery
Our pain recovery program combines myofascial release with nervous system education to address chronic pain cycles. By integrating pain science principles, we help clients understand and retrain their body's pain responses through targeted manual therapy and movement awareness techniques.
Stretch Therapy
This therapy blends assisted stretching with fascial mobilization to improve range of motion and functional movement. Using resisted stretch techniques and joint mobilization, we help clients regain mobility lost to injury or chronic tension while enhancing body awareness and movement efficiency.
Myofascial Release
Targeted myofascial release addresses connective tissue restrictions using sustained pressure and specific movement patterns. This technique improves tissue hydration and mobility while addressing chronic pain patterns through both mechanical and neurological pathways.

Very professional and talented. It was my first massage, but Jenni immediately put me at ease.

Massage at Heelingsole is the only massage for me. When you need heeling deeper than deep tissue relief its the place to go.

I was in bad bad shape walking into this place. I could barely get out of the car and had a hard time laying flat. Dawn was awesome. She knows exactly what she is doing. Not only did she massage me but took the time to stretch me as well. If you have lower back issues don't wait. Highly recommend.

Hands (errrheels) down the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had! Was a little nervous I wouldnt be able to get past the fact that they would be using their feet but knew INSTANTLY once she started at my feet that I was gonna enjoy this. Dawn went over their protocol and assured me to speak up if at any time I was uncomfortable with anything or if I wanted more/less pressure. I have been experiencing knee pain for almost 2 yrs now and was starting to accept that this was a symptom of getting older. Apparently it was my IT band! I noticed the difference as SOON as I got up off of the table

I really enjoy the massage I receive from Ninja. She was very good. She got really got deep and worked on those tight spots I had. She let me know where my tight spots were. She also explain what areas need to be work on for the next time.
