Before you lease a property from them, read this review along with several others. The house we leased at 116 Blue Willow was mediocre at best. The house itself has several issues and the neighborhood is full of loud speeding cars and motorcycles driving by at all hours of the day/night. It was in ok condition when we moved in, given its a rental property. Upon moving out, they expected it in excellent condition and kept $300 from my deposit for nonsense reinspection charges and cleaning fees!

In 1968, my parents purchased our first new house from George Tucker. Now, 54 years later, I am the one that's still using their services. How's that for dependability and reliability?

As I was renting, I must admit they took care of the several problems I had with the property ( 153 N. Willow Way in Cibolo ). How ever, when my lease was nearing it's end, I gave them more than a 30 notice that I would not be renewing as I was moving to Florida. I specifically asked for a walk through before we left but was informed that they don't do that and it would be done after we moved out. I was upset, but what could I do. Well after 30 days they returned my deposit. $301 out of a $3,300 deposit. Thieves, unsavory practices. Do not trust this company to refund your deposit. Beware.

ERA Tucker was a great landlord. They made our move in process simple and easy, and they were always responsive and attentive to our every request.

I have rented with ERA Tucker in the past and have since moved. Since leaving, I haven't had service quite as good as ERA. Most of the rental agencies and property managers have been vultures, but ERA always treated me very well and with the utmost respect.
The houses are very nice that they have for rent. You will not be disappointed.
