From southern potato salad to smoked beef brisket, we'll have the guests at your next event smiling from ear to ear. Our Family Meal includes 4 of our baby back ribs, 1/2 pound of sliced smoked brisket, 1/2 pound of smoked beef sausage and a 1/4 of our smoked chicken. 2 medium sides of your choosing, and 4 of our honey wheat rolls.

As you have seen on the news, meat packing plants around the country have been closed for many weeks, resulting in drastic price increases for our restaurant industry. All proteins have been adjusted accordingly to restaurants. Unfortunately, brisket has been impacted the most. This week, we experienced more than double our normal pricing and with limited availability.
