I've rented mics from them a few times for our stage productions. Their sales staff is really knowledgable and are really helpful.
I've called in asking about different mic options and their staff walked me through all the different options and uses. They even offered to let me borrow one to test out before making a big rental order.
I would definitely recommend them if you need rental items. I can't speak for their other install work.
