
SideTrack offers a sultry dose of nostalgia and is a celebration of comfort foods and classics. A wood burning oven and a wood fired grill are the heartbeat of the restaurant, and our passion for cooking over wood comes through in every dish. Harkening back to a slower style of cooking and a way food used to be prepared, cooking over fire is a primitive technique that lets the ingredients speak for themselves.
SideTrack is, as the name implies, a place to get lost in the moment, a return to the days when conversations lingered over brooding cocktails, and we didn't take ourselves so seriously.
