Toxic work environment. They pay for people to warm the office chairs but not actually do any work. If you do actual work and redirect others to do likewise, they'll call you unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing lack of service and follow-through from sales team. Came out to our church to take measurements and talk through what we wanted, then completely ghosted us for three weeks. Unresponsive to both emails and phone calls despite initial apology. Bonus: also got my name wrong in the one response I did receive. All thumbs down on this one.
