This is the worst managed real estate company I have seen
They pry and rip off clients for any money they can get
I lived in one of their properties fir two year and hoped to return the property perfectly clean. But their drainage maintenance messed up in the ending days of the contract and the drainage flushed out and made everything dirty. We were promised by mr Bradley to have the carpets cleaned which they did not and in order to maintain it we spent money to clean it with rug doctor we were going to professionally clean it but due to the late occurrence of their drainage system we could

Velesha was excellent in her function as property mgt/rental agent. Processed my application quickly, and responded promptly to all questions emailed to her. From viewing, to application, to move-in details - the process was professional and efficient. I am very thankful, as a senior I wasn't looking forward to finding a rental, & worried about all of it. Only been in the new home for a few weeks, but I am thoroughly impressed. They have been so proactive in making sure the home is always running in tip-top shape for us at all times. No strange fees and going above and beyond expectations.
Again, we could not be happier. I have literally exclaimed out loud to my wife a few times since living here, "I LOVE OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!".

I post this as a current resident, this company has been very responsive as far as maintenance issues are concerned. The maintenance staff (1person) is excellent! ( top notch). Contract renewals are another thing. Only, upon my demand to speak with the homeowner, were we able to reach an agreement. I hope future issues are handled in a more professional manner. Outside of the current lease issue, we have had no complaints.
