Knows the market and how to price a house to move. Accurate description of house and grounds both verbally & with pictures. Very helpful in explaining the listing, showing, and closing phases. Jon Paul and Jennifer took all the stress out of selling our house. We were very happy with the process from start to finish. Jon Paul was amazing to work. From my very first interaction with Jon Paul all the way through closing he was there with us every step of the way and went the extra mile to ensure we were able to close without any issues.
