Front office gal is quite literally the rudest person I’ve ever came into contact with. She was straight up rude and unprofessional. All we were doing was turning in an application she gave us the day prior. She flipped the page and seen we have 2 small dogs under 15 pounds (mind you these are dog friendly apartments) and immediately threw it back at us. Im just so appalled at how she handled the situation, she didn’t even try to help us. At this point I couldnt even imagine giving a company money who have people like that running the place. Do better.

Tried to charge us fees for our emotional support animal which is ILLEGAL!!
"Under Federal Fair Housing Laws, Emotional Support Animals must have access to apartments with a no-pet policy and are exempt from pet-related fees."
The fair housing act literally spells this out. When we brought this up, the woman said "well you shouldn't even fill out the application."
We were discriminated against for our disabilities because of our dog and they tried to illegally charge for it.

Just moved in 3 weeks ago! After an exhaustive search, these apartments had everything we wanted including washer/dryer hookups, fitness room and playground, convenience to schools and shopping and they are even pet friendly! The managers are very friendly and I have been pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the neighbors we have met. Surprisingly, these were the most affordable apartments on our list and turned out to be the best. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they're a little older which means you may get older appliances, and I haven't been here long

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The A/C went out every summer and the heat went out every winter. I told them my refrigerator was broken and they took two weeks to get a new one. Numerous Outlets were broken and never fixed. Then when you try and move out they rip you off by keeping your deposit. They’ll do a walk through with you, say there’s nothing wrong with the place and you should expect your deposit back, then 5 weeks later after you never get your deposit they’ll tell you about all the damages they “found” after you’ve moved out, forcing you to either take them to court or eat the loss. Absolutely

The sagecrest apartments are the best apartments in Elko and the managers Theresa and Dave are very very nice and they are very very good with kids and the maintenance are very very nice and if you need something done Theresa and Dave and the maintenance crew are always very helpful and they get everything done that needs to be done

Very nice place to live. Me and my wife lived there for almost four years and we never had any problem. Dave and Terresa are very nice people and they respond you quickly. They even fix some emergency issues at mid night. Cheap and peace place. If you clean your apartment before you leave, you get all your deposit back. If I go back to Elko again, I will live in this place again.

At first it seemed like a decent place to live...that is until we decided to move. We told management we were leaving on a weekend and would put the keys in the dropbox. I left a week earlier and my father-n-law and older sister helped my husband move and clean the place up. The place was exactly the way it was when we moved in with the exception of a broken cabinet door. We moved out of state and when we called about getting our deposit back management told us the keys weren't turned in and they had to replace the front door because someone kicked it in so we owed them about $800.
