It's horrible place to live. Extremely outdated for the price. It has a nasty smell, like sewage from the river drying up. The property Manager is truly awful to deal with. They do not manage the property well at all.

The staff at Villas at Riverside have been so pleasant and welcoming. Everything from the application process to signing documents and receiving keys has been extremely smooth. I even had a minor maintenance problem and I called the office and the issue was fixed within 2 hours! I feel at home here!

Everyone I corresponded with was extremely helpful and generous about getting us into the apartment we wanted! Especially considering all of it was done during quarantine. My brother and I are excited to be in a place with such helpful and supportive staff. Thank you guys!

We have lived at The Villas at Riverside for 2 years and it has been a great place to live. The apartments feel like a home not an apartment. The property is well maintained and any concerns are immediately addressed.
The property staff is amazing. They are friendly, hard working and always there to help in any way they can. We are very glad we have been able to live here and look forward to live here for many years to come.

I currently live here in the apartment for 7 months the apartments are spacious and the grounds are well maintained I feel comfortable living here my neighbors they keep to them selves not noisy at all the apartments are spacious and the grounds are well maintained the only negative is that some pet owners don't pick up after them.

Nice apartments. Rent is a tad high, but you get what you pay for around here. There is a playground for kids and pet friendly buildings. A nice sized patio in each apartment. Apartments come with dishwasher and fridge which are very new. There is also a gym facility with decent equipment and a pool. The interior of the apartments are very spacious and modern. If you can afford it, then I would recommend these apartments.
