Our open and airy dining room features such masterpieces as our Shrimp Fra Diavolo sauteed with roasted mushrooms, chargrilled lemon, fresh spinach and arugula, a Tuna and Avocado Stack served in a sweet Asian sauce and our legendary Firecracker Shrimp with a spicy remoulade. We have the best on the Island! Our Happy Hour is served daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and features specials on draft beer, house wines and awesome appetizers. Savor our Cobalt Caviar, a refreshing blend of black beans, edamame, corn, red onion, roma tomatoes and cilantro tossed in a light vinaigrette and served with corn tortilla chips or Firecracker Shrimp, lightly dusted, fried and tossed in spicy remoulade sauce.
