Friendly and passionate staff! I brought my bunny here for her first vet appointment, she was so scared and squirmy but Dr. Kelley was amazing with her and is very knowledgeable and calm.

Would give zero stars if I could for the way my wife was just treated. She made appointment for 5:30 on a weekday to have our tortoise checked up (office open until 7:00). We live 45 minutes away. She left work early at 4:30 and got there at 5:15. They said her appointment was at 5:00 and refused to let her in. 45 minute drive each way in rush hour. They just said their rule was 10 minutes late and the wouldn't see her. Even though there was either a mistake or obvious miscommunication. The only thing they would offer was for her to come back the next day at 4:30 (for which she would have to leave

Had a guinea pig who needed a bladder stone removed and went here. I was able to get in as a new patient and have the surgery in a very timely manner, the staff have been very helpful including with after care questions. Would recommend this place.

I take my Holland lop rabbit and Cat here and have never been to a vet with this type of service. The staff is very attentive and efficient. I am usually in and out within 20 minutes. Dr. Kelly is very knowledgeable and I can tell she really cares about the animals. It can be difficult especially for rabbit owners to find a vet who is comfortable working with exotic pets. I feel comfortable bringing my pets here knowing they will be taken care of and that the prices are very reasonable.

My family has been bringing our pets to Animal Kingdom for over 20 years, long before it turned into the big complex that it is today. For the last few years, my experiences with them have been getting worse and worse. Its impossible to get an appointment for your sick pet because theyre too busythis was an ongoing problem even before COVID was a thing. When my elderly diabetic cats health quickly and completely plummeted, I had to make that horrible decision to put him to sleep. When I called Animal Kingdom, they said they could squeeze me in 4 days from then are you kidding

Normally I have a decent experience here. Now lo g story short 2 weeks ago I was allowed inside with my cat for his shots and such now 2 weeks later I have to wait outside. Like train your people or have it be one way all the time not just when you feel like worrying about Covid
