I was worried sick about my Daisy. She had suddenly started having diarrhea and not acting like herself. I was afraid it was something serious, called and got in that day. Dr. Charney was great! She examined Daisy and was so warm and friendly. Daisy was more relaxed than I have ever seen her at the vet. Dr. Charney also did a great job of asking questions, listening to me, and calming my fears. The office called me a couple of days later to check on her. Daisy's system was pretty messed up, but she's doing great now and I am so appreciative of Riverview Animal Hospital!

I've always had good experiences when taking my dog here, however, now that I've moved to a new state, I'm a little disappointed. I've asked the office to send my dog's records to my new vet in NC, and they are making it very difficult. First, I must sign a release, and then I must wait for them to MAIL the records. My dog has previously seen a couple other specialists in MI, and when I asked these other offices to send his records it was no problem at all. It sounds to me like Riverview Animal Hospital doesn't have electronic records? Very odd and frustrating.

We took our cat there because he has been gaining weight for the past 1 1/2 yr. Dr. Charney was extremely caring and gave us wonderful advice on how to change his diet up a bit. She was very patient with our questions and concerns. Highly Recommend them!!
