When Nina and Consolato Rosania immigrated to the United States from Italy in 1970, they had one sure idea for running a successful Italian restaurant. Established in 1979, Suvio's offered a complete Neapolitan menu specializing in homemade pizzas, calzones, and authentic parmigiana entrees. By the mid eighties, Suvio's had achieved unparalleled success and was awarded the title of "Best Pizza in MorrisCounty" by the Daily Record.
Although Suvio's has changed with the times, adding a more extensive menu and classic seafood entrees, the homemade quality and original family recipes still remain today.
