Somewhere in Bangkok is an authentic Thai Restaurant that presents its customers with traditional Thai dishes, pleasant dining atmosphere, and a friendly staff. We are a family owned restaurant run by Head Chef Song Siboriboun and myself, Chanya Siboriboun. My dream has always been to open up an authentic Thai food restaurant.
We strive to bring you authentic Thai cuisine without having to pay for the expensive flight to Thailand. One of the major factors to our success is our good team work. Our team tries our best to prepare our dishes as close to the authentic Thai taste as possible, even though we lack some of the ingredients here in the U.S. I train my staff to cook from the heart and to not cook solely for the paycheck.

Thai food has become the most popular exotic cuisine in the world. Our food is designed to offer a combination of flavors: sweet, sour, hot, salty, and bitter. These unique flavors depend on special ingredients native to Thai Food: Cilantro, (Pak Chee) leaf and root, Lemon Grass (Trakai), Galanger root (Kar), Kaffir Lime leaves (Bai Ma Grood), Ginger (King) and Hot Chili (Prik Kee Nu).
