Our menus change seasonally and reflect the bounty of nature, especially in the summertime when dishes are created around the availability of wonderful local produce, fruits and vegetables. All fish and meats are fresh and organic whenever possible and anything that can be is made in the Sal e Pepe kitchen, such as breads, pastas, sauces and desserts.

In addition, we are proud to support the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, a nonprofit research organization formed in the wake of the dramatic pre-clinical reversal of Rett Syndrome symptoms. In 1998 Angelo's niece was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome, the most physically disabling of the autism spectrum disorders.
