After having been with Bobby and his team for nearly 10 years, the service has definitely gone down hill. It started a year and a half ago when I bought a new car and was misinformed on my insurance questions by a member of his staff and then a clerical error with paperwork. After emails and phone calls the only way I ever heard back from Bobby himself was to threaten to take my business elsewhere. I finally received a call from Bobby personally. I made him aware of the issues and he understood and explained it never should have happened and that he would educate his staff. We talked things

Bobby is a great guy. He has gone over all the particulars about insurance, which is most common and some of the things people don't consider when getting insurance. He makes buying insurance understandable and painless. I would recommend him to anyone!
