Dr. Frasier is a native of Muncie, Indiana and attended Ball State University. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. He then completed a hospital dentistry residency at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2004. There he received extensive training in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, sedation dentistry, trauma management, and dental care for the medically compromised.
