A 90-minute session is the perfect amount of time to allow me to get an idea of where you are with your body, and it gives you the chance to check out my style of bodywork to see if it fits what you're looking for.

Having low-vision I was drawn to massage therapy as a career path, knowing that my more developed sense of touch would be a great strength. My massage style is a Deep-Tissue/Relaxation hybrid. I have been trained in a variety of massage techniques, and I use a combination of them to facilitate change over time and leave you feeling better in your body. If you're curious about trying something new, let's do it! We'll work together to figure out which techniques are right for you.

My massage studio is located in the beautiful and historic James Flood Building, in San Francisco's Union Square. It is best to schedule appointments one to two weeks in advance, in order to guarantee your preferred day and time. But feel free to contact me about appointments at any point, and I will do my best to accommodate.

If you find that you will not make it by our appointment time, call or text to give me a heads up. Failure to cancel at least 4 hours before the start of the appointment time will result in a charge for 50% of the scheduled appointment price. This must be paid before your next session can be scheduled.
