Our expert trainers are here to help guide each individual through their specific needs. EVERYONE gets an amazing workout because of our individualized approach to exercise selection. Beyond workouts, out team uses a total health approach including lifestyle and nutrition guidance. I left corporate America/Europe as I was tired of the bureaucracy and politics.

I was looking for something that I could do for myself and was fortunate to find Wild Workouts. I love my job; coaching and helping others reach their fitness goals and making a positive difference in our client's lives is the best feeling ever! I loved being a part of the Wild community as a client and the way the staff was able to customize workouts for each person in the class.

With a maximum 6 people per group you are sure to get the attention of a private training session at a fraction of the price! Our small group sessions offer workout individuality to best suite each person's needs and goals.
Challenges

Our Boot Camp and Small Group challenges are an excellent way to kickstart your fitness journey and try out Wild Workouts and Wellness without signing an agreement. Our challenges run for 21 to 28 days and focus not just on working out but also on instruction, whether that be for fitness, nutrition or overall wellness.
